Orders & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
What delivery options are available?

Standard Delivery (Free): Arrives in 2–4 business days.

Express Delivery (£10.00): Arrives in 1–3 business days via FedEx.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link.
What if my parcel is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with others in your household and confirm the address is correct. Then contact us at help@svenge.com with your order number and tracking link for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
What are the return conditions?

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving the return. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 working days to show in your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.
Products & Stock
Do you sell official match gear?
We provide soccer essentials suitable for practice, training, and match day. Product specs are listed on each product page.
What sizes are available for shorts and socks?
Each product includes a size chart. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us with questions before placing your order.
Are your products restocked?
Some items are restocked regularly. If an item is unavailable, check back soon or contact us to ask about availability.
